On July 4, 2025, the XXX Session of the General Assembly of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine took place—an important event in the cultural life of the country that traditionally brings together leading artists, scholars, and educators.
Today, the UNTAM was visited by its distinguished alumnus — Ukrainian composer, People’s Artist of Ukraine, Rector of the R. M. Glier Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music, Professor Oleksandr Zlotnyk.
On May, 23, president of the UNTAM Maksym Tymoshenko, received a high state distinction — an Honorary Certificate from the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
During his working visit to Italy, president of the UNTAM, Maksym Tymoshenko, met with Francesco Coronia, the owner of the Ciribelli company.
The president of UNTAM expressed his gratitude to his longtime friend for his comprehensive support of Ukraine during the war and for his unwavering solidarity.
At the end of the warm meeting, Maksym Tymoshenko presented Francesco with a Commemorative Medal of the UNTAM.
As part of his working trip to Italy, Maksym Tymoshenko, president of the UNTAM, paid an official visit to the Giuseppe Verdi Milan Conservatory, which was founded in 1807 at the initiative of Napoleon Bonaparte, underscoring the institution’s importance in the European cultural heritage.
As part of the International Forum “Ukraine-India: Sound Movements of the Centuries,” a meeting was held between the Ambassador of India to Ukraine, Ravi Shankar, and the faculty and staff of the UNTAM headed by president Maksym Tymoshenko.
The president of the UNTAM, Maksym Tymoshenko, and representatives of the Academy’s administration, at the invitation of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Ukraine, Ma Shengkun, visited his residence. The Academy representatives were the first guests of the Residence in 2025.
