5 Academicians and 26 Corresponding Members of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, 31 Doctor and 108 Candidates of Science work at UNTAM. At the Academy there are Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies, two Specialized Scientific Councils for the defense of PhD and doctoral theses in the specialties 17.00.03 “Musical Arts” and 26.00.01 “Theory and History of Culture”, as well as Problematic Research Laboratory of Ethnomusicology, Center for Music Ukrainian Studies and Student Scientific Society. The Academy is the founder and publisher of 4 professional scientific publications in Musicology and Cultural Studies.
