The Signing of an Agreement Between UNTAM, UNESCO and the UN Foundation
A unique event took place at the UNTAM.
On February 8th, in the great hall of the Academy a cooperation agreement was signed between UNTAM, UNESCO (UNESCO Center in Bologna, Italy) and the United Nations Foundation for Sustainable Development.
The honorary guest of the event – Director of the Italian Institute of Culture in Ukraine, Representative of the Italian Embassy in Ukraine Edoardo Crisafulli expressed gratitude for the fruitful cooperation to Maxim Tymoshenko and to the UNTAM team. The President of the UNTAM presented the Honorable Medals of UNTAM to respected guests.
UNESCO Ambassador Maurizio Aronika, in turn, stressed the importance of cooperation for the development and preservation of cultural values of the countries, and presented to Maksym Tymoshenko UNESCO Honorable medal and book.
The solemn part was followed by musical performance. The winners of international competitions played Concerto for 4 violins (in B minor) and part of the “Thunderstorm” from the “Seasons” of Antonio Vivaldi.
